Understanding your ADHD mind

What we can address

We can explore and address challenges such as planning, organising, time management, emotional regulation, procrastination, motivation, disorganisation and overwhelm.

Clarify your vision – Identify what you want more of in your life and equally what you would like to see less of, shaping a path that truly works for you.

Leverage your strengths – Discover your natural strengths and identify the ways you work most effectively so you can finally feel like you’re reaching your full potential.

Optimise your environment – Create environments and systems that work in your favour, helping to simplify daily life and make it more manageable.

Develop tailored practical strategies – Find the tools that work specifically for you, whether it’s managing emotions, improving focus, completing tedious tasks, staying on time or keeping track of important things.

How it works

If you're curious about working together, let's start with a 30-minute discovery call - completely free and no strings attached. You don't need to have an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching. We'll explore your needs, discuss how coaching works and see if we're a good fit for each other. If you are interested, please do reach out to me via my website form below.

Coaching sessions are 1 hour, online weekly on Google Meet.

"Working with Ruth was not only easy, effective and helpful - it was extremely insightful. In addition to motivating me to accomplish some organisational projects I was dreading, she asked questions that made me have several “aha" moments. Ruth is so empathetic and provides just the right amount of encouragement and accountability.  I would highly recommend her as a coach"
