ADHD coaching for adults, young adults and families

"In order to do what really matters to you, you have to, first of all, know what really matters to you"

Dr Ned Hallowell, Psychiatrist

What is ADHD Coaching?

Looking through an ADHD lens, I work as your thinking partner providing a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment where we can explore the challenges you face in your personal and professional life. We will address essential executive function skills that can sometimes be obstacles, including organisation, planning, problem-solving, emotional regulation and time management.

Together, we will identify what is holding you back and collaboratively devise strategies and a framework tailored specifically for you – a sort of bespoke “operating manual” designed to help you work with your unique brain, not against it.  More about ADHD Coaching

I work with adults, parents, college students and teens (16+).

As a family trained coach and with the lived experience of parenting an ADHD child, I bring empathy, support and understanding to all my clients within the family unit.

Ruth Gover AACC, Certified ADHD Coach

RUTH GOVER MINDWORKS COACH

I am a certified ADHD coach, having trained at ADDCA (based in New York), which is regarded internationally as the pre-eminent ADHD coaching academy.

I am late diagnosed ADHD – many years after my son was diagnosed aged 8. I have learnt a lot along the way about how unique and brilliant an ADHD brain can be when channelled in the right direction. I would love to help you understand more about who and why you are, explore different ways of thinking about yourself, and discover new approaches to achieve what you really want out of life.
